"Aspirations are not achieved by mere wishes,
Rather, the world is taken by determination.
Nothing is impossible for a people
When courage becomes their steed."
"I am he whose literature even the blind can see,
And whose words even the deaf can hear.
I sleep with eyes full, oblivious to my verses,
While all creation stays awake arguing over them."
"On this earth, there is what makes life worth living:
April's hesitation, the smell of bread at dawn,
A woman's apology to a man for a mistake,
The beginning, writing light upon water."
"Give me the flute and sing,
For song is the secret of existence.
The flute's lament remains
Long after existence fades."
"I love you so much,
And I know the road to the impossible is long.
And I know you are the lady of all women,
And no substitute can replace you."
